The MegaVolt eMTB Festival, ePowered by BOSCH, rolls into Squamish October 2–4, with MTNFun Basecamp serving as festival headquarters. On-site camping, direct trail access, and eMTB rentals mean riders can roll out of their tent and onto the trail, no car required all weekend.
From basecamp, riders have direct access to the Alice Lake trail network—granite slabs, technical singletrack, and new-school flow—with Diamondhead just a few pedal strokes away, serving up fresh loam and fast descents. Race courses are designed and rides are guided by locals who know both the classic lines and this season’s hidden gems.

EVENTS
• Guided rides led by Dialed In Cycling — local guides, local knowledge, no race clock, and routes for riders looking to explore Squamish at their own pace. We’ll have separate groups for beginner and intermediate riders.
• Trailforks Adventure Challenge — the world’s first eMTB scavenger hunt: use Trailforks to find checkpoints and win prizes
• eEnduro Race presented by Orbea — a ~30 km loop with 3 timed downhill sections and untimed climbs
• eXC Race presented by Transition — race it or ride it, on a marked course managed by MegaVolt’s eBike Patrol and medical teams, with professional chip timing
• Hill Climb Challenge presented by OneUp Components — think heckle rock at Crankworx. With eMTB, up is the new down. Spectator-friendly and the perfect way to kick off the weekend.
• Night Ride presented by Outbound Lighting — Demo the latest in riding lights, and get a taste of night riding if you’ve never been, during this guided ride.
Everything starts and finishes at MTNFun Basecamp, so the car stays parked all weekend. Riders travelling from outside the Sea-to-Sky corridor can camp on-site, while rental bikes, demos, and on-site service mean showing up is easier than ever.
As for the racing: MegaVolt isn’t UCI sanctioned, and that’s the point — this is racing that’s meant to feel like chasing your buddies down your favourite trail.

New for 2026, MegaVolt Squamish is based out of MTNFun Basecamp—a trailside campground purpose-built for mountain bikers. The beer garden, expo, demo bikes, camping, and event HQ all live in one place, creating a true ride-in, ride-out festival experience.
“The riding in Squamish keeps getting better every year, and the trail network keeps expanding right along with it,” says MegaVolt founder Dean Payne. “What I like most about MTNFun is that everyone’s in one spot. You don’t have to think about where you’re riding or who you’re riding with, that’s sorted. You’ve got your friends, food trucks, beer gardens, and camp right there. By the end of the weekend, it feels like summer camp again.”
